Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the BlogsBooster website, WordPress plugin, and managed content service.
The service
BlogsBooster provides a draft-first workflow for site analysis, content planning, AI-assisted article and image generation, review, and WordPress scheduling. The service does not promise search rankings, traffic, revenue, leads, factual accuracy, or uninterrupted provider availability.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use, verifying factual, legal, regulatory, medical, financial, technical, and location-sensitive claims, confirming that you have rights to supplied material, and deciding whether and when anything is published. BlogsBooster does not replace qualified professional advice.
Subscriptions and site limits
Each paid subscription is assigned to one active production website. Monthly article, image, and successful revision allowances depend on the selected plan and reset each billing period. Unless a checkout offer states otherwise, unused allowances do not roll over. Failed provider jobs do not consume a successful revision allowance.
Payments and cancellation
Our online order process is conducted by FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for paid BlogsBooster subscriptions and handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, receipts, subscription billing, cancellations, and approved refunds. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewals, and the recurring nature of a subscription are shown before purchase.
You may cancel future renewal through the subscription-management link in your FastSpring receipt or account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents future charges. It does not remove content or media already stored on your WordPress site. Refund eligibility and instructions are described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not use BlogsBooster to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, provider policies, or WordPress security; distribute malware or executable code; generate deceptive impersonation or abusive content; probe or disrupt the managed service; bypass usage limits; or resell access without written permission.
WordPress plugin license
The distributed WordPress plugin code is licensed under GPLv2 or later as stated in its package. The managed generation service, infrastructure, service credentials, and subscription access are separate hosted services and are not included as provider credentials in the plugin.
Availability and changes
We may update models, prompts, safety checks, quotas, or service components to improve quality, security, and reliability. We may suspend abusive or unsafe access. Material pricing or terms changes will apply prospectively with notice where required.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlogsBooster is provided without warranties of guaranteed results. We are not responsible for your publishing decisions, search-engine changes, third-party platform behavior, or indirect business losses arising from reliance on generated material.
