Privacy Policy
This policy explains what BlogsBooster processes when you use our website, WordPress plugin, and managed content service.
Information we process
When an administrator explicitly connects BlogsBooster, we may process the site URL, installation identifier, account and subscription status, onboarding answers, and a bounded inventory of selected public pages, posts, products, excerpts, and associated public image URLs. We also process content plans, generation instructions, job status, usage counts, generated drafts, and short-lived image assets needed to provide the service.
Information we do not request
BlogsBooster does not ask you to place AI provider credentials in WordPress. The plugin is designed to exclude private, password-protected, checkout, account, order, and customer data from its public content inventory. Do not submit personal or confidential information in generation instructions.
How we use information
- Provide site analysis, content planning, draft generation, image generation, scheduling support, and account usage information.
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and maintain reliable background jobs.
- Improve prompts, safety rules, and product usability using operational information that does not require publishing your content.
- Respond to support, privacy, and account requests.
Service providers
We use managed infrastructure and service providers to operate BlogsBooster, including Railway for application and database hosting, Cloudflare for DNS and private object storage, FastSpring for checkout, subscription billing, taxes, and receipts, Resend for delivery of feedback and support notifications, Google Gemini for text generation, and OpenAI for image generation. Only the information required for the requested operation is sent to the relevant provider and is governed by that provider's applicable terms.
Feedback submissions
If you use a feedback form, we process the email address, message, submission source, and relevant page or site URL you explicitly submit. We use this information only to receive, respond to, and improve the product. Abuse-prevention limits use short-lived hashed network identifiers rather than storing the submitted IP address in the feedback record.
Retention and security
Operational records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain backups. Generated images in temporary managed storage may expire automatically after transfer to WordPress. We use signed requests, private storage, access controls, and transport encryption, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You control when the plugin sends an inventory, generates content, imports media, schedules a post, or publishes. You can disconnect the service or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account-associated managed-service data, subject to legal and security retention requirements. WordPress posts and media stored on your own site remain under your control.
